How are the bikes shipped to my address?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced cartons. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Basic tools and a detailed assembly guide are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in 'like-new' condition.
Do the bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Urban Bikes Direct products come with a standard 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components such as derailleurs, brakes, and shifters against manufacturing defects.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing option at the final stage of the checkout process.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location within the continental US, shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via specialized freight carriers.
