At Urban Bikes Direct, we want you to ride with confidence. If your new bike or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and tools included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
